COVID19- Current Studio Protocols

What a crazy couple of years it has been! We want to thank you all for your patience and endless support of the studio. It has not been easy on small businesses during this pandemic but you guys have supported us immensely and we know we have the best clients out there!

As infections continue to decrease, we have now lifted the mandatory mask requirement at the studio. We just ask that if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID, please do us the courtesy of rescheduling your appointment.
We would still like to limit capacity in the studio so only one quest will be allowed to accompany clients. 
-If you have COVID or COVID symptoms, you need to reschedule your appointment.
-If you show up and are displaying symptoms of COVID then we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit.
-If you are cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice because you have symptoms of COVID, we will retain your deposit as long as you provide proof that you have gone for COVID testing within that time.

*We will retain your deposit as long as you provide proof of receiving a COVID test from a medical provider. This means dated medical documentation coinciding within the week of your missed appointment.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Regarding vaccines. Adverse reactions in tattoos and vaccines can be similar and difficult to assess if they coincide in close proximity. Additionally, it is unclear if having a tattoo around the same time as the vaccine may alter the bodies immune response. Therefore, it is suggested that tattoos should be done outside of a 2 week window (before and after) receiving the COVID vaccine.
